If you are a JUUL user or have used JUUL in the past, you may be entitled to claim up to $300 in the JUUL class action settlement.

The JUUL class action settlement involves a lawsuit against JUUL Labs, Inc. for allegedly deceptively marketing its e-cigarettes as safe and without risks, and specifically targeting underage users in its marketing strategies.

As a result, JUUL has agreed to pay $40 million to settle the lawsuit, which will be distributed to eligible users who purchased JUUL products between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2019.

To be eligible for a claim, you must have purchased JUUL products during the aforementioned timeframe and have proof of purchase, such as receipts or credit card statements.

The amount of the claim will depend on the amount of JUUL products you purchased during the period, up to a maximum of $300. If you do not have proof of purchase, you may still be eligible for a smaller settlement amount.

To file a claim, visit the JUUL class action settlement website and submit your claim form by October 4, 2021. You can also opt-out of the settlement if you wish to pursue other legal action against JUUL.

It is important to note that the settlement is still subject to court approval, and the final settlement payouts may be adjusted based on the number of eligible claimants.
