Honey is a normal sweetener and frequently used instead for sugar in foods and beverages.

Apple cider vinegar has anti-inflammatory properties consisting of acetic acid and alpha hydroxy acid. Alpha hydroxy acid is one of the ingredients in over the counter skin care. Apple cider vinegar can exfoliate the skin. Absorbs excess oils and unplugs blocked pores. 

Apple cider vinegar is a 100% natural product produced in two fermentation procedures. First, the fermentation of apple juice to apple cider.

From then on, the 2nd fermentation to apple cider vinegar. This has all of the goodness where the apple has which is full of additional enzymes and acids following the fermentation process.

When you have sunburns or insect bites, you are able to use some apple cider vinegar as it helps smooth your skin. It's also recognized to cure acne.
