We love fresh-baked muffins in my household. I have the large muffin pans and wanted to try out the mini muffins to see how fast my family would devour them.
I made a fresh batch of banana nut muffins for my son, nephew and myself.
I found the Grazia firm but flexible slightly texturized that helped with a firm grip. The batter receptacles were perfectly smooth.
My first batch yielded 24 moist muffins. Since I don’t claim to be the perfect baker. There was baked batter on the muffin pan.
The mini muffin pan did its job quite well. The muffins popped right out! No muffin breakage at all.

So this was perfect time to see how easy it would all wash up. That baked in batter on the muffin pan came right off. After a quick wash the muffin pan was all nice and shiny clean again.
I started the second batch of banana nut muffins.
If you notice the count of muffins is down from 24 to 17. Seven muffins were devoured between us three already. The time between the batches was very quick since the muffin pan cools a lot faster than than the metal pans.
I would forewarn that if you bake with the mini muffin pan they will disappear like magic since they are bite-sized muffins that you can pop in your mouth 1 (or 7 times).
Don’t judge me! 🙂 I lost count how many I had out of the 48 mini muffins I had baked.
Overall they were nice snack-sized muffins which we loved as compared of eating 1-2 muffins because its flavor overload.
