\r\nI simply cannot describe how well-written this book is in order to help you obtain a better outlook on life.The book is like having my very own life coach right next to me going through the 39 self-love lessons. Completion of all the self-love lessons in my opinion will have a tremendous impact in all areas of my life. There are exercises or activities throughout the book to build up a better and stronger person. It teaches to let go of negativism and to always find the blessings in life. Trust me as difficult as times have been I always do find the blessing in all life things. Personally I know deciding to be a single mom was going to be a difficult journey for me. I did have my absolute lows and sometimes still do but not as often and not as severe. I\”ve learned in all these years as a single mom that I just need to get back up and keep going. I refuse to give up when one of the “life things” came my way.The cliches that come to mind as my mantra is.. Keep Going Strong! The Strong Survive. This book teaches how to be strong person by loving yourself and getting rid of all the life sabotagers mostly caused by one\”s self to lead a prosperous productive blessed life.One of my favorites lessons from the book was writing my own love letter to myself (or a letter of empowerment). This is a great exercise to save for those times when I hit a low.This is one book that is a keeper!
