I was given the opportunity to review KIND Healthy Snacks.  I told myself – why not!  I’m a food adventurer!

I never tried the KIND Healthy Snacks before and I was pleasantly surprised with every bite of nuts and fruits.

I especially loved the Blueberry Pecan KIND Plus Snack.  The “Plus” was the  5 grams of Fiber.  It was packed with pecans, almonds, cashews, crispy rice, plum, apples, and raisins!  The bar was nothing like the bars on the grocery shelves.

It was lightly sweetened with honey to give it the just-right sweetness.  The bar was very chewy but so good to eat.  The nuts were big pieces and not tiny bits.  Every bite bursted with different flavors of the nuts and fruits.

The bar contained everything that was good for your body: All-natural, Non-GMO, gluten-free, low glycemic, low sodium, dairy free, cholesterol free

I received a pack of 8 bars.  I had to take a pic of the remaining KIND Bars before they were all gone! That’s how delicious they were!

If you’re tired of the “too-sweet and brick-hard” bars, KIND Healthy Snacks are a healthy and delicious choice!

There’s another thing I like about KIND and that is their latest initiative to celebrate and inspire kindness.

KIND Healthy Snacks has teamed up with clean water organization, Waves for Water to gut and rebuild a NJ-based volunteer firefighter’s home, which had been completely destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Through its “Do the KIND Thing Mission”, KIND was able to donate their time and $10,000 to the restoration.

While $10,000 will help, KIND is looking to the community to get involved by sharing this Youtube video, shown below.  It highlights the work of Waves for Water to help shed light on the destitution that so many people are still living in due to Sandy. The best part?

Every view = $1 more towards this firefighter’s home.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. I like it when companies give back and their product looks packed with nutrition too with all those fruits and nuts. I hope to try one soon.
